Our lab is funded by the NIH. We offer unique interdisciplinary research settings, with combination of computational and experimental laboratories and close interactions between computational scientists and bench biologists. In addition, our research involves highly interactive academic collaborations and industrial partnership. These unique settings will broaden the candidate’s research scope and skill sets, help build scientific networks, enable discoveries with broad and translational impact, and help achieve personalized career development goals.

Postdoc positions open
We are seeking postdoctoral candidates with expertise in bioinformatics, computational biology, and systems biology to study the genetic and environmental underpinnings of complex human diseases. Qualifications include:

– Demonstrated training and expertise in fields relevant to bioinformatics, computational biology, and systems biology
– Strong publication record
– Self-motivated, independent, dedicated, career-oriented
– Experience in multi-omics integration, network modeling, single cell sequencing, and/or machine learning preferred
